Now watching West Yorkshire · more regions rolling out

Know which businesses are opening, months before they do.

TriggerFeed watches every UK planning and licensing register and tells you the moment a new independent venue files to open, while they are still fitting out. You are the first supplier through the door, not the fifth.

The problem

By the time a new venue is open, the deal is already gone.

A café, restaurant or takeaway signs its EPOS, its insurance, its wholesale and its kitchen fit-out in the weeks before it opens. Find out when it is trading and you are too late. Someone quoted them three months ago. Referrals and bought lists are slow, stale and shared with everyone.

Watch it work

Sixty seconds on how the feed finds them.

How it works

Signal, not a raw scrape.

01

We watch every register

Planning applications and premises-licence filings across every council, refreshed continuously. The moment a new venue files, it is on our radar.

02

We separate the real openings

Our classifier throws away closures, duplicates, chains and renovations, keeping only genuine new independent openings. You get signal, not noise.

03

You get them first

A clean weekly feed: what is opening, where, and what stage it is at, months before the doors open, with time to win the account.

Real detections

This is what the feed actually finds.

Every row is a real independent hospitality opening we detected from public registers in West Yorkshire, with the true lead time before it began trading. Addresses are partly redacted here. Subscribers get them in full.

Why it stays valuable

One supplier per category, per region. Then it closes.

A lead everyone else has is not a lead. We license each supplier category in each region to a single business. When EPOS in West Yorkshire is taken, it is taken. Your competitors cannot buy the same feed. That is the whole point, and it is why founding places matter.

Founding places

Claim your category before a competitor does.

Founding-supplier places from £99/month. One per category, per region. Tell us your category and region and we will confirm if it is still open.

Where does the data come from?

Public UK planning and premises-licensing registers. It is all legitimately public information. Our work is detecting the genuine openings inside the noise, weeks or months before anyone else notices, and handing them to you clean.

How far ahead will I hear about an opening?

On confirmed openings the median lead time is 6.3 months, and most fall between three and nine months before trading. Enough time to quote, sample and win the account before the venue opens.

Why only one supplier per category?

Because shared leads are worthless. Exclusivity is what makes the feed worth paying for. When your category and region is claimed, we close it.

Do you cover my region?

We are live in West Yorkshire and rolling out region by region. Register your category and we will tell you exactly when your area goes live, founding places are honoured as we expand.
